The personal training journey kicks off with a complimentary assessment to grasp the client's health goals, assess their movement and training abilities, and understand their learning style for tailored education. This assessment helps design a customized program, training frequency, and an understanding of the client's time commitment.
All training sessions are 1 hour in length.
We focus on 1:1 training so there is direct attention to the client's goals and needs.
All training is customized to the client's needs. We use specific assessments to identify limitations and areas of improvement. Programs are then altered (as needed) for continued progress and success.
Nutrition is tailored to the client's goals and corresponds to their level of need. Not every client starts at the same level. However, just like customized programming, the client's nutritional plan progresses.
To optimize the client's physical goals, we must first optimize their internal health. Each client who chooses to get blood work done will receive a review of their results. The information is used to help create the client's training and nutrition plan.
Communication is essential for reaching specific goals. Each week, the client provides feedback at their scheduled checks-in. Programs are then altered (as needed) for continued progress and success.
Nutritional supplementation and cardio are additional tools used to complement a client's program. Client's are provided individualized recommendations based on blood work, nutritional needs, and their overall goals.
Each client receives a complimentary assessment and consultation to identify their current needs.
Warm-up drills are designed to get the client ready for the training session. These are personalized to the client's current movement and training capabilities.
While working with in-person clients communication is key. Our objective is to find out which form of communication best suits you so the training sessions are successful.
